Easy Nut Milk

If you’re reading this you’re probably not a baby cow so you might be interested in how to make your own non dairy milk.

I promise it’s super easy and way less complicated than milking a cow.😉

My favorite kind is Cashew + Almond + Oats and here’s how I do it…

Soak 1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup of cashews

and 3/4 cup of oats over night (Or soak in warm water for 20+ minutes)

Drain and rinse.

Put nuts + oats in a high speed blender and fill 3/4 full with filtered water.

I like to add 5 dates and sometimes cinnamon and/or maple syrup.

Blend for 1-2 minutes until super smooth.

Drink as is or strain through a nut bag.

Super easy!

I find mine lasts for about 3 days in the fridge in an airtight mason jar.
