2 Ingredient Vegan mac n cheese that actually tastes amazing!
What you need:
A big pot
Water
Daiya Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Elbow noodles
Simply gather the ingredients, boil the water, add the noodles, cook via instructions on the packaging.
When noodles are cooked drain off excess water, I usually leave just enough water to reach the top of the noodles.
It’s very important that you do not drain the noodles completely, you don’t even want them to leave the pot! The water that they cooked in helps to make the cheese sauce creamy.
Return the pot to the stove, add the entire bag of vegan cheese, turn heat to medium and stir, stir, stir until it melts and turns into a yummy creamy cheesy sauce.
